What Should I Do? I Have Slipped On My Stairs

What should I do? I have slipped on my stairs and fell on my lower back side about 2 1/2 hrs ago. I had burning sensation, hurts when I get up and sit down, or sometimes walk. I took 3 200mg of ibuprofens. I'm pretty sore and abit swollen on my left back side.
