What Should I Do About A Persistent, Invisible Parasitic Infection Causing Severe Symptoms Like Dizziness, Confusion, And Pain

I have a epidermal parsite ive suffered untold misery fighting them for years i tryed few anti parasite meds to no avail they show as little black dots..on my skin but have invisible bodys which move in my body i have huge one i literally feel move up and down my spin to my upper neck i suffer severe dizzyness confusion loss of memory... Other day i felt it moving under my teeth i could feel my teeth grind against each other so it could eat. My food.. i am close to giving up on life because i suffer untold misery im 35 athletic male. But no doctors wish to even listen because i have no insurance...what do i do.. ER wont.
