What Should I Do About A Visible Epiglottis, Swollen Tonsils, And Pus-like Spots On My Uvula And Nostrils?

I ve had a visible epiglottis for about a year and my tonsils are getting more swollen with my uvula having a small pus like spot on it. The inside of my nostrils has the same pus like spot with it getting more swollen and even bleeding. What do I do?
