What Should I Do About Brown Spotting After Taking Meprate Following Oral Sex And Masturbation?

Hi I had my last period on feb 27/2021. Then I had oral sex with my bf on April 2nd with masterbution. And I took meprate 10mg for 5 days. I stopped tablet on April 14th, from April 14th I started getting little brown discharge now I m getting like brown bleeding/ spotting. Can any one tel me wt to do now?
