What Should I Do About Brownish Red Spots On The Nose Along With Peeling Skin?

Ok so I squeezed my nose and skin started peel off and it’s been 2 days now and I have a reddish brownish spots on my nose it doesent hurt I’ve been putting aloe Vera on it but it’s discolored and I havent seen any improvement. Is it going to come off by itself? What should I do?
