What Should I Do About Circumcision Still Leaking Pus Three Weeks After Multiple Procedures And Antibiotics?

I had circumcisions which was bleeding and it was done three times three weeks ago.ater that I had a pass from my penis and was given antibiotics but steal there is a small part where pass is coming from and can heal I was given antibiotics again but seems it can t stop. What can be done please help
