What Should I Do About Daily Left Nostril Nosebleeds Lasting 20 Minutes Despite Using Saline Spray?

I’m having nose bleeding since last Wednesday almost daily lasting for 20 mins on my left nostril. I went to ER and the doctor said everything is fine . After leaving the ER I have 2episodes of bleeding . I’m using saline nasal spray Do I need to go to ER for nasal packing or wait for my ENT appointment on no Monday
