What Should I Do About Delayed Period After An Unhealthy Diet And 2 Days Of Primolut-N While Having PCOS?

Hello doctor, I am pcos patient but after getting treatment my period was regular. But again I started my unhealthy diet which I think is the reason behind my period being delayed. I took primolut n tablet for two days n stopped. It’s been 4 days no signs of my period. What to do?
