What Should I Do About Delayed Periods Despite Taking Meprate Which Lead To Body Pain And Fatigue?

Hi, I m 25 years old. Got my last periods on 31st January 2024. I have checked with a gynaecologist and prescribed to take meprate 10mg for 5 days. Even after taking meprate I didn t get my periods. This is the 3rd day after the course. What should I do for this issue. I have also done with pregnancy test which came to be negative. I m having body pain and fatigue these days.
