What Should I Do About Depression, Overthinking, And Unexplained Crying For 4 Years, And Now With Breathing Problems?

I am suffering from depression, overthinking, crying without knowing the reason which also effect my physical health. My physical as well as mental health is totally disturbed since last four year. Now i have face some breathing problem also. What should I do???
