What Should I Do About Extremely High Blood Sugar Despite Taking 40 Units Of Insulin And Hydration?

Hello I am a 54yr old female with diabetes type 2… I have a blood sugar reading 569 I have given myself 40units of 75/25 45 mins ago it’s not bulging.. I have a Dexcom 6 device in my right side that’s monitoring my blood sugar.. and I have taken it with two different glucometer meter that reafinfy are only 1-2 pts off .. I had 3 bottle of 8oz water.. what’s should I do
