What Should I Do About Extremely Tight Foreskin, Causing Severe Pain And Cracking During Erections?

Hi ive got a serious question. My penis is very sore due to my foreskin being extremely tight. It is that tight that an erection hurts like crazy. I have not been able to masturbate or have sex for over 6 weeks because of it. My foreskin starts to crack when i get an erection. Its horrible. Please could someone please help
