What Should I Do About Fibrohazed Infiltrates On The Left Apex Due To PTB In My X-ray Report?

Hi, I have a question. I have received a result from my Physical Examination (X-ray) test in our company and it stated Fibrohazed Infiltrates seen on left apex due to PTB but it didn t indicate that I have an (Acute). It s just a SCAR. I have history on Asthma because I am an Asthmatic before and it is our blood line. I m confused because based on my previous X-ray results, it s all normal, and if there is really a scar, it should be seen on the previous exams. Can you please give me advice on what to do? My company didn t let me go to work.
