What Should I Do About Heavy, Prolonged Bleeding After Primolut And M2 Tone Treatment?

I'm 37years old last October have started primolute treatment for 3 moths till December.due to heavy bleeding and irregular period. During 3 months of treatment got very scanty period. December 7th was my last period again after treatment finished again 3 moths no period but this march 5th started with spotting. After 22 days of spotting I started m2 tone but now period is very heavy and not stopping. Need any suggestion.
