What Should I Do About High Blood Pressure And Low Heart Rate After A History Of Stroke While Experiencing Severe Coronvirus Symptoms?

My husband and I have both been sick but he’s worse. Home Covid test positive. He is having gastro issues as well as the usual Covid symptoms but no fever. Very fatigued, headache, congestion, chills, body aches. I’m worried as he’s had a history of stroke. His blood pressure is 149/96 and his heart rate seems low at 53. Suggestions on what to do next? I suggested the ER but he refuses. Just wanted to let him Know what possibilities there are.
