What Should I Do About Irregular Periods Despite Taking Estranor For 3 Months?

Hi aoa I m 26 year old m getting married 12 Nov 2021 I have irregular periods periods will not come without medicn I m worried about my menstrual cycle doctr prescribe me estranor for using 3 month I complete one pack 21 tab but period will not come I want to conceive as soon as possible ultrasound is clear no any problem prolactin level normal TSH is normal please give me good advice
