What Should I Do About New Lower Abdominal Pain, Burning, And Frequent Urination After Recent Treatment For A Kidney Stone And Possible UTI?

I was in the ER last weekend with a kidney stone of 4 mm. And ultimately admitted for 1 night. Not 100% sure it has passed but likely as I sent in a tiny, tiny sample to lab. I was seen by 2 doctors in the hospital. One general doctor I think that said I had UTI and gave me 3 day antiobics (now complete) and urologist but he didn t seem to think I had a UTI. During this week, I did have some burning urine sensation but not terrible. Now I have lower abdominal pain and burning and desire to constantly go the restroom. What should I do. I do not want to go back to the ER at this time. Help please.
