What Should I Do About Ongoing Morning Spotting With Occasional Blood Clots Since Miscarriage And Dilation And Curettage?

Hi, I had miscarriage Last October 19, and undergo D and C, December 16 my period back. But from January 4, 2022 until now every morning I experiencing spotting and sometimes there is a blood clot, and it stop every night and return again every morning. What can I do for my abnormal period. My partner was leave the country last sept 25.
