What Should I Do About Period Bleeding Twice Within Days Of Each Other After Taking Birth Control Medication?

I had a sex with my partner after that I take a birth control pill within the time. After 4 days I m on my unnecessary periods second time .i already completed my periods cycle in the first week of this month. What should I do now. Why I m on my periods again .
