What Should I Do About Persistent Labial Swelling And Pimples After Using Veet Hair Removal Cream Despite Trying Treatments For Four Years?

Hi, I used veet on my vagina, and the next day two inner lips(labia) got swollen and small pimples on it. there is no pain and no itching ..i consulted many doctors and used medicines also but no recover. Some doctors advised that to cut that extra skin on the labia(Biopsy) .. its almost 4 years and i still have that problem. What should i do.. please advise.
