What Should I Do About Persistent Laryngitis, Post-nasal Drip, And Sore Throat Despite Taking Augmentin, Trimethoprim, Prednisone, And Montelukast?

I have had laryngitis for over a month, with post nasal drip. My throat has been sore off and on, But starting 3 days ago my throat is real sore. A little over 3 weeks ago my doctor put me on Augmentin and a 6 day steroid. I did not notice any change so put me on Sulfameth/Trimethoprim and Prednisone. 4 days ago my DR did a nasal swab and it came back H Flu. Starting yesterday she put me on Montelukast. Starting 3 days ago my throat is real sore when I swallow. I need guidence on my next move.
