What Should I Do About Persistent Mild Burning Sensation At The Tip Of My Penis And Around My Foreskin?

Hi, I am a 19yo male presenting with a persistent burning sensation at the tip of my penis and around my foreskin. The pain is mild say about a 2-2.5/10. I have seen doctors in the past who ordered routine urinalysis and culture with nothing wrong. I was prescribed a 3 day course of antibiotics which made the problem go for a while but came back as soon as the dosage stopped. What should i do?
