What Should I Do About Recurrent Tinea Capitis Despite Short Courses Of Oral Medication And 3 Months Of OTC Topicals?

I ve been to doctor twice for tinea capitis on my scalp i was prescribed oral medication but only 5 pills reach time and each time It came back bi saw on line that it should be 4 weeks I think ..and it s driving me crazy it s gotten worse been using over the counter topicals for the last three months shampoo and all any advice.
