What Should I Do About Recurring Pimples After Stopping Fucicort, And How Can I Manage My Sensitive Skin And Melasma Effectively?

Hi i have skin issue , a few weeks ago i use fucicort cream coz i have lot if pimples on my face i went to a dr and he recommended fucicort. It showed excellent result..when i stop using it after a week alot of pimples appears on my whole face specially lips checkes and forehead... again i concern my dr this time he gave me fucidin H ...bt it didn t work...even it become worst than before...now again i started using fucicort and it shows excellent result again..kindly suggest me what to do...? My skin is very sensitive i can not apply any cream , foundation ...coz the moment i apply it within an hour pimples appears..what should i do i have melasma issue...
