What Should I Do About Redness And Irritation After Using Expired KY Warming Liquid Inside My Vagina Two Days Ago?

I am so extremely Embarrassed to admit this but in the heat of the moment I wanted a quick work up so I grabbed for my KY warming liquid not thinking to check it and I used it to rub around myself and about 2 inches inside of my vagina , this was 2 days ago and slowly I ve become red and very Irritated in that area. I checked the bottle today and it expired in 10/2017 I am freaking out should I go to the hospital ?
