What Should I Do About The Severe Pain And Itching In My Scrotum After Using A Cleaner With Benzalkonium Chloride?

I was on my job shift and wasn t able to take a shower and my private area was smellling really bad so I took a cleaner with 12% benzalkonium chloride and massaged my penis and scrotum with it, I m feeling an exruciating pain and itching in my scrotum and I m unable to walk.. It s been 8 hours and the pain hasn t decrease. What should I do now? Please answer !
