What Should I Do About Urine Retention And Pressure For Several Months When An Expensive X-ray Has Been Recommended?

Good morning Dr, it’s now for several months I have urine retention and pressing when I have to pass urine but no pains. At my clinic I have done a blood test for prostate and there no signs for that. With my results from clinic I consulted the Urologist and he found the problems mentioned above and referred me to do exray that would cost from R2000 to R4000. Being a pensioner it’s difficult to raise that amount. Please I need your assistance.
