What Should I Do About Vaginal Bleeding And Intermittent Stomach Pain While Taking Regestrone And Trapic MF?

My wife had undergone hysterescopy in July 2022. She has bulky uterrus and large fibroid. Since than bleeding has not stopped. She is taking regestrone 10 mg and trapic MF once in a day. She has intermittent stomac pain. Please suggest any further medication and test.
