What Should I Do About Weakness, Tingling Pain, And Vision Problems While With A History Of Fibroids, Heavy Periods, And Anemia?

I am 34 years old and have a kid of 7 years through C-section. I had fibroids during pregnancy and during operation, one (non-malignant) had to be removed, right at the moment. Since my periods restarted, they were heavier than before. Soon, unexpectedly I had an abortion (within a year of C-section). Then, got IUT inserted. Now, the time has passed and the IUT has expired. Till now, I have never checked for its presence. So, not sure whether it is present inside or not. However, my periods are heavy, accompanied by spotting and intermittent bleeding. Furthermore, I am diagnosed with anemia with a considerably low Hb level. Apart from this, I have weakness in right side of the body, nerve tinging and discolouration in finger tips, excessive pain in the right part of the neck and tinnitus in the left ear. This will be accompanied by vision problems, sleeplessness, excessive pain the legs during night, blurred vision, severe pain the anklets making standing difficult, shortness of breath while climbing the stairs, and vision problems (I have myopia and am using spectacles since almost 20 years). Please note that symptoms seem to agrrrevate with stress. I had approached Orthopedicians and Nerve specialists for the treatment. Even after X-rays and physical examinations, nothing was concluded. However, based on the prediction of C-5 and C-6 nerve pinching, I had underwent physiotherapy for a month (about 8 years ago). Nonetheless, even after all this, my problems remain unsolved. Request you to help.
