What Should I Do After A Needle Prick From A Used Insulin Syringe Of An HIV-positive Patient With Undetectable Viral Load, Given I Started PEP Within 15 Hours?

I am a primary care physician with few plwha patients consulting me. Recently I had a accidental needle prick from a insulin syringe (used some 3 days ago). Patient is on HAART and has undetectable viral load for last 2 years. I had started myself on PEP (within 15 hours) . Though I have been more concerned towards my plwha patients, this time I am bit anxious and panicked as I never had a needle prick from known seropositive patients so far. What should be my further course of action sir.. Sir my anxiety is killing my routine works .. Can u please guide me sir...
