What Should I Do If I Took Misoprostol To End A 2‑month Pregnancy, Bled Briefly, But Am Still Testing Positive For Pregnancy?

Hello there I took 3 misoprostol tabs in the hopes that it would abort my 2 months, 2 weeks foetus. Howevere i am nearly 3 months now. I inserted 2 of tge prescribed misoprostol into vagina and out of curiosity drank one. I bleeded in the early hours of the morning but stopped. Felt like using the loo in the morning and found out I was bleeding. It wasn't heavy but I did remove a lump of thick blood while peeing in the morning. Recently I did a Pregnancy test and it was positive so I've been prescribim with 2 more and I didn't take it yet. I need some advice.
