What Should I Do If I Was Treated For Herpes A Few Months Back But Now Have Pale Discoloration On My Glans?

Hiii doctor In November 2020 I had unprotected sex then in mid February 2021 I feel itching and pain in glans and in March it develops into sores .doctor said that it is herpes I take acyclovir for 7 days in March but now in April month my glans have pale color and I don t know what to do. Please help me
