What Should I Do If Klebsiella Pneumoniae Persists In My Semen Despite Antibiotics, And What Happens If It’s Left Untreated?

Doctor, last January i got UTI with Klebssiela pneumonia Bacteria with 30,000 count. I cleared UTI with antibiotics then I got semen Bacterial infection with same bacteria(Klebssielapneumonia) i take antibiotics with doctor prescription but i didn t cured. I have burning sensation and irritation on my penis area. Last month i check semen culture again the bacteria is in high growth. I m tired with this doctor. I don t know what to do.What happened if its left untreated??????
