What Should I Do If Progyluton Isn T Inducing My Period After 21 Days Of Use, Despite Experiencing Cramps, Back Pain, And Nausea?

Hi, I am 30 years old and single. I have the issue of PCOS and weight since 10 years. I visited to dr who suggested me to use progyluton . I used it and managed my cycle and left medicine for four months. I have no periods since 2 months to on wards. So I started progyluton again but after 21 days nothing happened. During medicine I felt cramps, period pain, back pain and nausea but my periods are not continuing. What to do.
