What Should I Do If A Chip Is Stuck In My Throat, Causing Pain, Bleeding, And Difficulty Speaking, Despite Trying Liquids, Bread, And Vomiting?

i got a chip stuck in my throat- i tried drinking liquids and chewing bread but it didn t work. i even made myself throw up and that didnt work either. It hurts so bad i cant speak. my throat even started bleeding. i tried drinking a liquid and it felt as if i drank bleach. please help me
