What Should I Do If My HSG Shows Blocked Fallopian Tubes?

Hi doc please help I undergo HSG TO CHECK if my fallopian tubes are open but suddenly my tubes are blocked really I want to get pregnant..it’s giving me stress always thinking what should I do please help me what I need to do or do I need to check 2nd opinion?as per my ob she recommend me to do ivf but i want to try onother option maybe surgery or injection??please can u help me
