What Should I Do If My Ear Is Bleeding And Causing Jittering After Snorting Methamphetamine For The First Time?

ive tried snorting meth for the first time last week and i regretted it ever since, now currently my ear is bleeding and it sounds like alot of movement happening inside. it also started triggering my jittering. i dont plan on ever touching the meth again i was being reckless and now im paying for it, i dont have health insurance also. please i need to know what i should do
