hie doctor 5year without menstruating. i m 46 years with one kid gave birth in 1995 feeling back and abdomen ache uss pelvis scan done there is a retroverted non gravid uterus with a homogeneous achotexture measuring 6.78cmx3.29cmx3.21cm and a regular outline there are no masses in the myometriium the endometrium is normal both ovaries and adnexal are normal free from pathological cysts and masses the internal cervical os is closed and the cervix has normal length there is free fluid seen in the pouch of Douglas 1.33cm deep the urinary bladder is normal and well distended worried. what may be the problem cause the pain is not going after taking metro and doxy what should i do next
