What Should I Do Next To Conceive With Irregular Periods In My Mid Thirties?

Hi doctor, please I have been having irregular menstruation for the past two months but I didn t get my menss this month but tested positive using pregnancy test but after one week I did the pregnancy test and it tested negative,am confused and don t know what to do.Am 35years old and in dying need of a child please help me.
