What Should I Do Next To Stop Prolonged, Heavy Bleeding With Clots Despite Taking Deviry And Pause MF?

My daughters age is 14th . Just one years ago june or july hre period was started.from starting her period come twice in a month for 12 days.bt her helth was absolutly ok .this july her period was not stoped it go for the month.then found in ultra sound report ir her ovary tiny immeture follicols and both ovary are bulky .my problem is now she take devary 10mg from 5th day of her august period ,period stoped bt again start from after 7 day.then my dr told that she can take devary twice i started.bt her bleeding go tillnow and flow is heavy with small clots some time.i give her pause mf along with devary bt bleeding not stopped.now i am stop devary .period till not stop.what should i do
