What Should I Do Now When I Have Developed A Resistance To Antibiotics And When UTI Persists?

I’ve been resistant to antibiotics as I didn’t finish treatment taking the pills properly and was skipping and drunk alcohol. What can I do, should I get another antibiotic and try again? I did but it was resistant, I finished the antibiotic I took it everyday but my UTI didn’t go away.? What can I do now please help me.
