What Should I Do To Improve Fertility When My Sperm Count Is Very Low With High Pus Cell Count While On Phenytoin For 5 Years?

Hi my sperm count is very low 5..on the same time pus cell show 90-100..i am on anti eplitic drugs from last 20years....from last 5 years i am on phynotin100... My wife showed hpv1&2.. ;cytomygolic virus, rubella.. Please tell me what will b better for me
