What Should I Do When I M 20 Days Late For My Period?

I’m 20 days late for my period, No I’m not pregnant I haven’t been with men in 8 years. I’m just not okay with the fact that I haven’t received a period this month I just want some help and I can’t go to a clinic cause I don’t have insurance because I’m not working full time hours for coverage
