CT PNS Impression: Mucosal thickening noted involving bilateral maxillary, right sphenoid sinuses - - sinusitis. Deviated nasal septum to right side. Bilateral inferior turbinate hypertrophy (left more than right). Blockage of bilateral ostiomeatal units Kindly help review the report. Thank you!
