What Should I Do When My Period Is 7 Days Late Despite Taking Abortion Pills?

I took medical abortion pills around 23 march and was in doubt so i took another set of pills around 5 april and instead of bleeding i got loose motions. So checked with two prega news kit and got result as negative. But now my periods are not coming and its 7 days late and still not around. Am i still pregnant?! Is there a chance am still pregnant?!what if i cannot go out for ultrasound and blood test?!
