What Should I Do When My Period Is 8 Days Late After Taking 3 Contraceptive Pills After Sex?

Hello, hope you re having a good day... I am confused about something. Three weeks ago, I had coitus but after that I took 3 contraceptive pills at once. Now my period is 8 days late and I ran a pregnancy test yesterday and it s showing positive, please can you advice me on that? Thank you
