What Should I Expect From My Blood Tests After Having An Early Period With Light Flow And Irregular Spotting?

I had my period early this month, a good 2 weeks earlier, but it started with spots and not a lot of flow. My period was supposed to start on March 4th, but it started between February 21st/22nd and I had lighter to darker patches. Mainly in the morning and when I m tired. Usually my menstrual cycle lasts 5 to 6 days. Now it s almost 7 I have requested blood tests, what should I expect?
