What Should Be Done After Ingestion Of Aderall By An Infant?

My son is 15 months old. He got ahold of a 20mg aderall at 11am today. Here it is 330am, the next day and he hasn t slept or ate. I have to force him to stay hydrated. At 12 am I gave him 3.75ml of infants Tylenol. He has continuously cried since ingestion. What do I do? I ve called poison control. They said after 4 hours of ingestion, he would be in the clear .
