What Should Be Done For A Brittle Diabetic With Recent High RBS, Loose Motions, Drowsiness, And Sudden Drop In Levels After Insulin And Fluids?

Doctor my mom is a brittle diabetes. Her rbs was 420 in d morning and she had passed 3 loose motions, after giving her supplemental apidra doses and some electral infusion her rbs after 2 hrs is 87. She is feeling weak though. She had an episode of high rbs fr past 4 days and intermittent drowsiness. Otherwise she is ok. Pls advise.
