What Should Be Done In Uti, Anteverted Non-gravid Uterus And Cyst Case?

I have anteverted non-gravid uterus, endometrial strip 5 mm, fundal 1/6cm fibroid, and 1.5cm cyst on left ovary. I am having abdo and lower back pain and also dealing with a UTI (???) for 8 weeks now. My doctor has not been able to get it undercontrol. Please help me.
